Official trade promotion lottery terms and conditions — Version 1.0, 9 October 2026
1. Promoter
Clint Jason Crouch as trustee for the AGD Trust, trading as AGD Collective (ABN 37 346 423 135), 105 Eveline Road, Viveash WA 6056; team@averagegolfdadco.com. Website: https://averagegolfdadco.com.
2. Promotion period
Opens 9 October 2026 at 6:00pm AWST and closes 31 October 2026 at 11:59pm AWST. Entries must be received during this period.
3. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. The promoter, persons directly involved in administering or drawing the promotion, and their immediate families are ineligible. Entrants must provide accurate contact information.
4. Entry
During the promotion period, purchase one or more Honey Tee shirts through https://averagegolfdadco.com at the ordinary advertised price of AUD $60 per shirt (excluding any separately disclosed delivery costs). One eligible shirt purchased equals one entry; multiple eligible shirts earn one entry each. No separate entry fee applies, and the shirt price is not increased because of the opportunity to enter. Entry is automatic from the Shopify order record; no additional registration is required. Purchases outside the promotion period do not earn entries. Cancelled or refunded shirts do not earn entries; where a refund occurs after the draw, eligibility will be assessed as at the draw in accordance with applicable law. Entrants must not use fraudulent purchases or false details.
5. Prize
One (1) set of brand-new, unused TaylorMade P790 Shadow Fall irons, 4–PW, in the original unopened box. Approximate total retail value AUD $2,500. The prize is already in the promoter's possession. No cash alternative or substitution at the winner's request. The promoter will pay for standard delivery to an Australian address nominated by the eligible winner.
6. Draw
One winning entry will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a computerised random-number generator at 6:00pm AWST on 1 November 2026 at XGolf Morley, Unit 2, 129 Russell Street, Morley WA 6062. Each eligible shirt is assigned a unique entry number and has an equal chance of selection. The draw will be independently witnessed where practicable, recorded and documented. A live Instagram broadcast is planned but not a condition of the draw; a technical interruption will not invalidate a properly conducted draw. Entrants need not be present or watching to win.
7. Notification and publication
The provisional winner will be notified in writing using the order contact details within two business days of the draw, and reasonable further contact attempts will be made. Following eligibility verification, the winner's name will be published on the promoter's website and/or official Instagram account for at least 28 days, with publication details limited to those required by applicable law. The promoter will comply with any longer or different statutory notice requirements.
8. Prize claim and unclaimed prize
The winner must provide reasonable identity, age, residency and delivery verification and respond within 28 days of written notification. The promoter will make reasonable attempts to locate and contact the winner. If the prize remains unclaimed, the promoter will seek and comply with any required regulator directions or approvals before any redraw or alternative disposition. Subject to those requirements, a redraw is proposed for 1 December 2026 at 6:00pm AWST at 105 Eveline Road, Viveash WA 6056, using the same random method from the remaining eligible entries. Any redraw winner will be notified and published in accordance with applicable law. The original winner's statutory rights are not limited by this clause.
9. Fundraising
AGD Collective is conducting a separate fundraising initiative in support of the McGrath Foundation. For each eligible Honey Tee sold for AUD $60, AGD Collective commits to donating AUD $30 to the McGrath Foundation, subject to its fundraising authority and applicable refund treatment. The McGrath Foundation does not administer or sponsor the lottery.
10. Privacy
Order information is used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner, comply with statutory publication obligations and deliver the prize. Information is otherwise handled under applicable privacy law and the privacy policy available on the promoter's website. No unrelated direct marketing without required consent.
11. Administration
The promoter may verify entries and reject fraudulent or invalid entries. Draw and entry records will be retained for at least three years and made available to regulators as required. Changes, cancellation or withdrawal after commencement will only occur with required regulatory approval. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
