Our First Drop is a pre-order release. That means we produce items after you order them, instead of holding bulk stock.

Why pre-order?

• We only make what’s needed – no waste
• We can focus on quality, not volume
• You get access to limited pieces that won’t be restocked

Timeline

• Pre-order window: open for a limited time
• Production: begins as soon as the window closes
• Shipping: scheduled to be completed before Christmas

What happens after I order?

1. You receive an order confirmation by email
2. We send an update when production starts
3. You receive tracking details once your order ships

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request changes (size, address) within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production.

Will these products be restocked?

Our First Drop is designed as a limited run. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Future drops may introduce new colours or designs, but these exact combinations may not return.
